New Issue: University of Oklahoma sells $65.66 million general revenue bonds

New York, Feb. 6 - The University of Oklahoma priced $65,655,000 of series 2012 general revenue bonds, according to a term sheet.
The bonds (//AA) were sold through Barclays Capital Inc.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2032 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2041. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a split maturity with a 3.625% coupon priced at 97.963, a 4% coupon priced at 101.946 and a 5% coupon priced at 110.578. The 2041 bonds have a split maturity with a 3.75% coupon priced at 98.075 and a 5% coupon priced at 109.997.
Proceeds will be used to fund the construction of various student athletic housing and instruction facilities on the university's Norman campus.
