New Issue: Florida board sells $66.64 million bonds for University of Central Florida

New York, Feb. 6 - The Florida Board of Governors sold $66.64 million of series 2012 revenue bonds for the University of Central Florida, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A+/A+) were sold competitively.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2041. The serial coupons range from 2.5% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a 4.25% coupon priced at 98.765, and the 2041 bonds have a 4.25% coupon priced at 97.526.

Proceeds will be used to construct three residential halls, one fraternity or sorority house and administrative center, to renovate existing facilities and to refund a portion of outstanding bonds.
