Noonday Asset Management cuts stake in United Stationers to 6.0%

Charlotte, N.C., May 17 - United Stationers Inc. investors led by Noonday Asset Management, LP sold 472,500 shares of the company's stock between April 3 and May11, priced from $60.38 to $64.05, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons beneficially own 1,657,500 shares, or 6.0%, of the Deerfield, Ill., office products and supplies distributor's outstanding stock.
