Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 6 – Credit Suisse AG priced $3 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Jan. 23, 2018 linked to the common stock of Exxon Mobil Corp. and the United States Oil Fund, LP, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price of the worst-performing underlier is greater than or equal to the knock-in level, 65% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 8.5%.
If the final share price of the worst-performing underlier is less than its knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst-performing underlier from its initial share price.
