New Issue: Barclays prices $555,000 buffered Super Track notes on U.S. Oil Fund

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $555,000 of 0% buffered Super Track notes due Jan. 31, 2020 linked to the United States Oil Fund, LP, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.345 times the fund return, subject to a maximum return of 53.8%. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any declines beyond 25%.

Barclays is the agent.
