United Airlines eyes $40 million security to develop sustainable fuel

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 25 – United Airlines Inc. plans to sell a $40 million new investment vehicle to fund the development of sustainable aviation fuels and other decarbonization technologies, according to a press release.

The Chicago-based airline said it will look to collaborate with other environmentally conscious partners on this initiative.
