Temujin, Battaglia sell 1.2 million shares of Ultratech

Charlotte, N.C., July 2 - Ultratech, Inc. investors Temujin Fund Management, LLC and Marco Battaglia sold 1,220,151 shares of the company's stock between June 5 and June 30.

The shares were priced from $15.61 to $16.98 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Temujin and Battaglia beneficially own 2,756,600 shares, or 11.79%, of Ultratech.

On June 13, the investors said they see additional value from the eventual sale of Ultratech.

Between June 5 and June 11, the investors sold 664,410 shares of Ultratech priced from $16.01 to $16.98 each, according to a prior SEC filing.

Ultratech is a San Jose, Calif.-based supplier of lithography and laser-processing systems used in semiconductor manufacturing.
