New York, April 3 - UC Resources Ltd. said it has settled its private placement for C$1,650,800.
The company sold 6,349,230 units at C$0.26 each.
The units consist of one share and one warrant with each warrant exercisable at C$0.34 for 18 months.
The non-brokered deal priced on March 7 as a C$1.04 million offering of 4 million units and was upsized to C$1.56 million on March 17.
Proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's Copalquin project, for acquisitions and for working capital.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., UC Resources is a mineral exploration company focused on properties in Mexico.
