Wattles Capital sells off most of its stake in Bally Total Fitness

Charlotte, N.C., June 7 - Mark Wattles of Wattles Capital Management LLC reported less than a 5% stake in Bally Total Fitness Holding Corp. in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As of June 6, Wattles Capital Management owned 400,000 shares of the Chicago-based fitness center operator's common stock.

The investor sold a total of 2.5 million shares of Bally stock on June 1 and sold another 956,300 shares on June 4, all in the open market, the filing stated.
