BAG Films & Media board approves issue of convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 28 - BAG Films & Media Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board members have approved the company's plan to issue convertibles.

The company approved the proposal at an annual general meeting on Monday.

Securities may include American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts, warrants, bonds and convertibles.

BAG Films & Media is New Delhi-based media and entertainment company.
