BAG Films & Media may issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 20 - BAG Films & Media Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it might issue convertibles.

The company will hold a board meeting on July 28 to consider the proposal

Securities that may potentially be issued include convertible bonds, global depository receipts and American depository receipts.

BAG Films & Media is New Delhi-based a media and entertainment.
