New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.45 million notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50, S&P 500, Topix

Tacoma, Wash., April 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.45 million of 0% market-linked notes due Oct. 4, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket composed of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the S&P 500 index and the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
