Katonah III announces redemption of $84.11 million notes on Nov. 19

Minneapolis, Nov. 2 - Katonah III, Ltd. plans to redeem $84,108,097.31 of its notes and some preferreds, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

On Nov. 19, Katonah will redeem: (a) $12,284,458.93 of class A notes; (b) $17 million of class B-1 notes; (c) $23 million of class B- 2 notes; (d) $13 million of class C-1 notes; (e) $4 million of class C-2 notes; (f) $12,241,794.63 of class D-1 notes; and (g) $2,581,843.75 of class D-2 notes.

Redemption information on the preferreds will be provided at a later date, the filing said.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Katonah III, Ltd. is based in the Cayman Islands, while co-issuer Katonah III, Inc. is based in Delaware.
