Sylph Technologies considers issuing foreign currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., July 15 - Sylph Technologies Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors' meeting on July 31.

The company also is considering American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts.

Sylph Technologies is an Indore, India-based software company.
