SVB Financial’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., March 28 – SVB Financial Group’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The five members are Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., based in New York, U.S. Bank NA, based in St. Paul, Wilmington Trust Co., based in Wilmington, Del., Satagopan Rajagopalan, based in Ashburn, Va., and Cousins Fund II Phoenix I, LLC, based in Atlanta.

The financial services and bank holding company is based in Santa Clara, Calif. The Chapter 11 case number is 23-10367.
