Surgical Information Systems gets new credit facility for buyout

New York, Jan. 7 - Surgical Information Systems LLC closed on a new senior credit facility to help fund its acquisition by Norwest Equity Partners from Vista Equity Partners, according to a news release.

Wells Fargo and Golub Capital acted as the joint bookrunners on the deal, with Wells Fargo the administrative agent.

Surgical Information is an Alpharetta, Ga.-based provider of integrated surgery management software products for the health care industry.
