Investor asks Sunrise Telcom for shareholder list

Charlotte, N.C., May 28 - An unnamed owner of 1 million shares of Sunrise Telcom, Inc. requested a list of the company's shareholders, it was reported on Wednesday.

The investor's attorney, in a May 20 letter to Sunrise Telcom, said his client would evaluate "whether or not to conduct discussions with other significant shareholders of Sunrise concerning the officers, directors, operations, and the strategic direction of Sunrise."

Sunrise Telecom designs, manufactures and markets service verification equipment. The company has its headquarters in San Jose, Calif.
