Moody's rates Sunac notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B1 senior unsecured rating to the $500 million, 9 3/8% five-year notes issued by Sunac China Holdings Ltd.

Sunac's Ba3 corporate family rating remains unchanged.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's definitive rating is at the same level as the provisional B1 rating assigned on March 27.

Sunac plans to use the proceeds from the issuance to refinance its debt and for general corporate purposes.
