New York, June 16 - Streetlight Intelligence Inc. priced a C$2,500,004 private placement.

The offering includes up to 1,923,080 shares at C$1.30 each.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

Based in Victoria, B.C., Streetlight develops technologies that allow streetlights to be remotely programmed to turn on and off at specific times.
