Strategic Advisers Growth Fund, Growth Multi-Manager Fund add Wagner

San Diego, April 4 - The Strategic Advisers Growth Fund and the Strategic Advisers Growth Multi-Manager Fund added Ed Wagner as a co-manager to both funds in February, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wagner manages the portion of the fund under subadviser ClariVest Asset Management LLC.

The other subadvisers managing the fund, in addition to ClariVest, are Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC, Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co. and Winslow Capital Management, Inc.

The funds are each a series of the Fidelity Rutland Square Trust II.

Strategic Advisers, a subsidiary of Boston-based FMR LLC, is the funds' investment manager.
