San Diego, Dec. 8 - The boards of trustees of the Strategic Advisers Growth Fund and the Strategic Advisers Growth Multi-Manager Fund at a Dec. 1 meeting approved the addition of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. to the funds' syndicate of subadvisers.

ClariVest Asset Management LLC, Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC, Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co. and Winslow Capital Management, Inc. are also subadvisers to the fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Co-lead manager Dennis P. Lynch and co-managers David S. Cohen, Sam G. Chainani, Alexander T. Norton, Jason C. Yeung and Armistead B. Nash became managers of Morgan Stanley's portion of the funds' assets in December.

The fund's investment adviser is Strategic Advisers, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boston-based FMR LLC.
