Strategic Advisers Growth Fund gets new subadviser, portfolio manager

San Diego, March 6 - The board of trustees of the Strategic Advisers Growth Fund approved on Dec. 1 the appointment of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. as a new subadviser of the fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The fund is a series of Fidelity Rutland Square Trust II.
Morgan Stanley will manage a portion of the fund. Its portfolio management team includes Dennis P. Lynch, David S. Cohen, Sam G. Chainani, Alexander T. Norton, Jason C. Yeung and Armistead B. Nash.
The other subadvisers managing the fund are ClariVest Asset Management LLC, Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC, Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co. and Winslow Capital Management, Inc.
In addition, Vincent Zelenko has replaced Barry J. Golden as the co-lead portfolio manager of the fund.
Strategic Advisers, a subsidiary of Boston-based FMR LLC, is the fund's investment manager.
