New Issue: Stem Cell Sciences prices £6 million IPO at 97p

New York, July 13 - Stem Cell Sciences plc priced its initial public offering of common stock at 97p per share, raising £6 million.

Colins Stewart plc was manager for the sale.

Stem Cell Sciences will be listed on the Alternative Investment Market under the ticker "STEM," with trading expected to start on July 18.

The IPO values the company at £21 million, according to an announcement from BioTech Capital, which owns 2.4 million shares of Stem Cell Sciences.
