State Street offers fixed-rate notes due 2030 via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 21 – State Street Corp. intends to price dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes due 2030, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are non-callable.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.
The Boston-based financial holding company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including debt refinancing.
