New Issue: ABN Amro sells $2.225 million 9% knock-in reverse exchangeables linked to Starbucks

Philadelphia, Jan. 31 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $2.225 million of 9% Knock-in Reverse Exchangeable Securities due July 31, 2007 linked to Starbucks Corp. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payment at maturity will be determined according to the performance of Starbucks stock. If the stock trades at or below $27.10, the knock-in price, between Jan. 26, 2006 and July 31, 2007, and finishes below $33.88, the initial price, investors will receive a number of Starbucks shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial stock price. The knock-in price is 80% of the initial price.
Otherwise, investors will receive par in cash.
