Stadium Management refinances Denver Broncos stadium via U.S. Bank

By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 9 - Stadium Management Co. arranged a $112 million refinancing of Sports Authority Field at Mile High, the 12-year-old home of the Denver Broncos, with U.S. Bank as sole lender, according to a press release.

"We are thrilled to bring this deal to fruition and provide Stadium Management Co. with a significantly lower rate and better terms," U.S. Bank president Hassan Salem said in the release.

The original financing for the stadium was provided in 2002 by a syndicate of four banks, including U.S. Bank, which became the official bank of the Denver Broncos in 1999, the release stated.

Denver-based Stadium Management is the operator of the stadium.
