Manning & Napier claims 5.11% Staar Surgical equity stake

Philadelphia, Feb. 12 - Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc. reported an investment of 5.11% in Staar Surgical Co. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 1,505,120 shares.

Staar Surgical is a Monrovia, Calif., ophthalmic products company.
