New Issue: Barclays prices $1.77 million buffer SuperTrack notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, March 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.77 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 5, 2020 linked to a basket consisting of the iShares Russell 2000 ETF and the SPDR® S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any basket gain up to a maximum return of 22.05%.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
