New Issue: JPMorgan prices $8 million contingent coupon autocalls on index, funds

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Aug. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.08 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Aug. 22, 2019 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 8.72% if each underlying index or fund closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on an observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each underlying component closes above its initial level on any quarterly call date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any underlying component finishes below its 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index or fund.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
