New Issue: Barclays sells $2.74 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to ETF basket

Olympia, Wash., June 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.74 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 21, 2022 linked to a basket containing the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust with a 60% weight and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF with a 40% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any basket gain, up to a 22% maximum gain.

If the basket falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
