New Issue: Citi sells $1 million buffer digital notes on SPDR S&P Metals & Mining

Chicago, March 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% buffered digital notes due March 14, 2019 linked to the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the fund finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the threshold settlement amount of $1,087 for each $1,000 stated principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
