New Issue: JPMorgan prices $802,000 digital barrier notes linked to three ETFs

Chicago, April 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $802,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Jan. 31, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing ETF ends above its 65% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.25%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
