SR-Bank hires bookrunners for €500 million green non-preferreds

Chicago, Aug. 16 – SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA mandated joint bookrunners for an upcoming €500 million offering of five-year green senior non-preferred notes (Baa1), according to a market source.

The bookrunners will be Citi, HSBC, ING, Nordea and Societe Generale.

ING will be the sole green bond structuring adviser.

The notes will be sold under the issuer’s €10 billion medium-term note program.

Individual calls and a group call were held on Wednesday.

The lender is based in Stavanger, Norway.
