SpareBank plans €500 million inaugural green note due in six years

Concord, N.H., July 7 – SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA plans to price €500 million of six-year notes, which will be the issuer’s inaugural green issue, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The notes are non-callable for five years.

J.P. Morgan AG, Credit Suisse, SZ Bank, ING and Santander are mangers of the deal.

The regional bank is based in Stavanger, Norway.
