SpareBank 1 weighs fixed-, floating-rate green senior preferred bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 5 – SpareBank 1 SMN is considering issuing green senior preferred bonds, according to a press release.

The bonds may be issued in fixed or floating tranches and will have a maturity of up to six years.

Danske Bank and SpareBank 1 Markets are the bookrunners.

SpareBank is a Trondelag, Norway-based savings bank that is part of the SpareBank 1 group.
