New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.44 million buffered autocallable jump securities on indexes

New York, April 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.44 million of buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due April 16, 2029 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically at a price to give a return of 11.1% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call determination date starting April 14, 2025.

If the worst performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 55.5%.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.111% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
