S&P affirms Costanera

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the BBB+ rating on Sociedad Concesionaria Costanera Norte SA's $400 million senior secured notes.

The outlook is stable.

S&P said the affirmation follows Costanera's announcement that bondholders unanimously consented to remove the insurance provided by Ambac Assurance (R/NM/) on the rated notes.
