Valic Co. II appoints Campion as manager of Socially Responsible Fund

Minneapolis, Feb. 16 - Valic Co. II announced that Timothy Campion is now the portfolio manager for the Socially Responsible Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Campion, who joined the adviser in 1999, is a portfolio manager and trader responsible for enhanced indexed products.

Campion replaces Brendan Voege, effective Feb. 16.

The fund's investment adviser is Houston-based Variable Annuity Life Insurance Co., or Valic.
