RidgeWorth Small Cap Value Equity shares not available after April 20

San Diego, March 30 - RidgeWorth Funds announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that effective at close of business April 20, shares of its Small Cap Value Equity Fund will no longer be available for purchase by new investors or for exchange from another RidgeWorth Fund by existing investors until further notice.

Atlanta-based RidgeWorth Investments is the fund's investment adviser.
