Sirius to sell $200 million convertibles
New York, Feb. 12 - Sirius Satellite Radio announced an offering of $200 million convertible notes due 2009.
The New York-based satellite radio broadcaster said it would use proceeds for general corporate purposes.
The Rule 144A offering has a $40 million greenshoe.
No other details were available on the deal, announced late Thursday.
