Raj Rajaratnam changes stake to 10.2% in SiRF Technology

Philadelphia, Nov. 13 - Raj Rajaratnam and Galleon Management, LP changed their investment to 10.2% in SiRF Technology Holdings, Inc. as of Nov. 6, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 6,405,101 shares.

Those holdings are down from just a day before, Nov. 5, when the company reported a passive stake of 11.69%, or 7,303,980 shares, according to another SC 13G/A filing.

The company first reported holdings of 6.83%, or 4,144,700 shares, on May 9, 2007.

SiRF Technology is a San Jose, Calif., maker and marketer of global positioning systems technology.
