New Issue: Thailand's Siam City Cement 4 billion baht bonds due 2013 yield 4½%

Chicago, June 15 - Siam City Cement PCL said it issued 4 billion baht of unsecured unsubordinated debentures (//A) to retail investors and institutional investors in a deal scheduled to settle Tuesday.

The bonds, which mature June 16, 2013, priced at par to yield 4½%.

Bank of Ayudhya PCL is the underwriter.

The issuer is a Bangkok-based producer and distributor of cement.
