Deep Water reports passive stake of 5.15% in Seaspan

Philadelphia, Dec. 22 - Deep Water Holdings, LLC reported an investment of 5.15% in Seaspan Corp. as of Dec. 15, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 3,424,826 shares.

Seaspan is a Hong Kong company incorporated in the Marshall Islands that owns and charters containerships.
