Farallon Capital relinquishes entire stake in Sealy

Philadelphia, Jan. 26 - Farallon Capital Partners, LP slashed its stake in Sealy Corp. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor has relinquished all shares of its passive stake in the company.

On Dec. 31, 2007, it reported owning a passive stake of 7.6%, or 6,885,000 shares, according to another SC 13G/A filing.
