Schroder to liquidate its Multi-Asset Growth Portfolio in December

San Diego, Nov. 1 - The trustees of the Schroder Series Trust have approved the liquidation of Schroder Multi-Asset Growth Portfolio on Dec. 15, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares of the portfolio are no longer being offered for sale.

The portfolio is managed by New York-based Schroder Fund Advisors, LLC.
