Moody's lifts Schering-Plough outlook to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it has revised Schering-Plough Corp.'s outlook to stable from negative.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the ratings of Schering Plough, including its Baa1 long-term senior unsecured debt rating and its Prime-2 short-term debt rating.

According to Moody's, the stable outlook reflects its growing comfort that Schering-Plough's turnaround is on the right track, with improving cash flow metrics and margins that have exceeded Moody's earlier expectations.
