Russia's Sberbank plans to start roadshow for dollar-denominated notes next week

New York., April 19 - JSCB Sberbank, via SB Capital SA, plans to start a roadshow next week for a dollar-denominated offering of senior loan participation notes (A2/BBB), according to a market source.

The roadshow will be divided into European and Asian legs. The roadshow will start on Monday in Zurich, Switzerland, and Seoul, Korea, on Tuesday in Germany and Hong Kong and on April 26 in London and Singapore.

The benchmark-sized issue will carry a tenor of seven to 10 years.

Barclays Capital and JP Morgan will be the joint bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

Sberbank is commercial bank based in Moscow.
