SBAB Bank to redeem SEK 1.5 billion of perpetual notes on March 16

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 18 – SBAB Bank AB will redeem its SEK 400 million fixed-to-floating rate perpetual additional tier 1 capital notes (ISIN: XS1202975386) and SEK 1.1 billion floating-rate perpetual additional tier 1 capital notes (ISIN: XS1202987985) on March 16, according to a notice.

The redemption price will be par plus accrued interest, if any, to but excluding the redemption date.

SBAB Bank is a Stockholm-based provider of loans and savings services.
