New Issue: Santander UK sells $1.25 billion 2.1% notes due 2023 at 57 bps over Treasuries

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 7 – Santander UK plc priced $1.25 billion of 2.1% three-year senior notes (Aa3/A/A+) at 57 basis points over Treasuries on Monday, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes priced at 99.939 to yield 2.121%.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, NatWest Markets Securities Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The provider of banking and financial products and services is based in London.
