San Pasqual Casino to repay bank debt with some bond sale proceeds

New York, Sept. 6 - San Pasqual Casino Development Group plans on repaying bank debt and funding project expansion using proceeds from its proposed $180 million offering of eight-year senior notes, according to market sources.

San Pasqual is an American Indian gaming facility located near San Diego.
